Environment variables in .osd files

How to set the PATH Environment variable in .osd file

Example:

<ENVLIST>
<ENVIRONMENT VARIABLE="PATH">Q:\Oracle.001\product\10.2.0\client;Q:\Oracle.001\product\10.2.0\client\BIN;%path%</ENVIRONMENT> 
</ENVLIST>

The %path% variable adds the system path after the specified path.
